Stud Manager, David Redvers, has had a lifelong fascination in bloodstock and has a proven eye for a horse. He has been brought up with horses all of his life and both his mother and grandmother were leading international showing judges whilst his father is one of the finest portrait painters in Britain.

Prior to returning to Tweenhills in 1995 to convert the family farm into a successful public stud he spent seven years working in racing in the UK and abroad. As well as running the stud, David is a successful bloodstock agent, runs Tweenhills Racing, Tweenhills/Rathmore Pin-hooking Syndicate and several other bloodstock investment companies.

Ben Hyde is the Stud Groom, and is responsible for over-seeing the health and welfare of all the horses at Tweenhills.  He joined Tweenhills in 2010 from Templeton Stud, having also been a stallion manager at Barleythorpe Stud when it was home to the highly successful sire of sprinters, Mummy’s Pet. 

Your first point of contact will often be Hannah Wall, assistant to David Redvers and in charge of nominations.  Hannah joined Tweenhills in 2006 having previously worked as the PR & Marketing Executive at Market Rasen and Goodwood Racecourses.  During the stud season Hannah manages the nomination sales, and assists with ownership liaison and all stud administration.  She also works alongside David during the sales season.   

Other key members of the team include Foaling Manager, Julie May, who had spent 14 years with Beech Tree Stud where she gained experience of foaling, sales prep and stallions before joining Tweenhills in 2007.  Stud Secretary is Lauren Gilbert, and Graham McCourt, the Cheltenham Gold Cup winning jockey has turned his skills into being a stud hand.  Laura Redvers, as David’s wife is also an integral member of the team primarily helping out in the office.
