All mares are accepted to the stud subject to the following conditions:

1. The stud must receive a negative virology report for E.V.A, and a negative C.E.M swab certificate and negative E.I.A. certificate, either before the mare’s arrival or with her. The stud reserves the right to retest any mare it deems to be high risk. The results of all these tests may take up to seven days to come through from the laboratory.

2. The stud retains the right to call upon veterinary assistance at the discretion of the management and all costs will be charged to the owner.

3. Mares should be preceded by or arrive with their passport (with section A of the Medicinal pages signed), a completed Mares details Form, Acceptance of Conditions Form and Nomination Agreement.

4. All fees are subject to V.A.T and no mare will be released until all outstanding keep fees are paid.

5. Every care will be taken whilst your mare and foal are in our charge but no responsibility shall be taken for accident, theft or disease howsoever caused. Owners accept that liability for all claims, damages, costs, loss and expense of any kind whatsoever are hereby expressly excluded.

6. The owners or representatives of the mare and or foal declare that to the best of their knowledge the equine in not suffering from or has not been in contact with any equine that has been suffering from a contagious or infectious disease likely to be a risk to the stallions or other mares at the stud.

7. No EHV-1 virus abortion, case of strangles, stillbirths, or relevant contagious diseases (eg. EVA, CEM, ELIA, Influenza, Salmonellas, etc) have occurred within the last six weeks, nor are there any such cases under investigation other than those which have received total clearance from the appropriate authorities.

No mare will be covered without the neccessary paperwork in hand
